RichArts was founded by Barry Richards, a creative and technology leader with over two decades of experience designing and improving digital experiences used by millions. Barry’s career spans enterprise organizations across finance, telecom, and health, where he has led teams, partnered with executives, and helped transform complex systems into products that are simpler, more human, and more effective.
Barry is also a visual artist, author, and storyteller. He is the creator of the graphic novel series Born Pariah and the author of the sci-fi novel The Path, along with other original works that blend culture, imagination, and technology.
In addition to RichArts, Barry is the founder of BRichAI, an AI business consulting company focused on helping organizations adopt AI in practical, human-centered ways to streamline workflows and elevate outcomes.
Barry’s background in both fine arts and digital product design shapes the RichArts approach. We use creativity as an entry point, then build durable skills that translate into confidence, capability, and real opportunity in the AI era.
