Overview

RichArts Creators Lab is a 6-week virtual program with six 90-minute live sessions. Students move through a guided process of idea development, creation, feedback, refinement, and final presentation, resulting in a polished project they can proudly showcase.

Creators Lab is best for:

  • students who want to build a standout project

  • students interested in storytelling, design, content, or media
  • learners ready to turn raw ideas into finished work

Outcome: A polished final project, presentation-ready work, and greater creative confidence

What Students Experience

Each phase of the lab is designed to build toward a polished final result. Students begin by developing and shaping an original concept, then move into planning, experimentation, and project creation using a mix of creative tools and guided instruction. As the program continues, they receive feedback, refine their work, and prepare to present their final piece with confidence.

The overall structure typically includes:

  • idea development and inspiration
  • concept planning and creative direction
  • guided creation sessions
  • feedback and refinement
  • final polish and presentation preparation
  • a closing showcase of student work

By the end of the lab, students have not only created something meaningful and impressive, but also gained a stronger creative process they can carry into future projects.
